How to get the Ursine armor in The Witcher 3

The Ursine armor diagrams are found in The Skellige Isles and require level 20 to equip, with sirens, wraiths, gargoyles, and a rabid rock troll standing in the way. The basic diagrams sit in the ruined castle on Urialla Isle, and the upgrade diagram locations come from buying Ibrahim Savi's maps from the Kaer Trolde armorer.
