Ready To Feel Old? The Switch 1 Reveal Trailer Launched A Whopping 10 Years Ago Today
Brief
Nintendo's original Switch reveal trailer has turned 10 years old today, 20th October 2026. The trailer showcased the hybrid gaming concept and games including Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2 and Skyrim, while the console itself did not launch until March 2017. Nintendo removed the trailer from its YouTube channel back in 2023, likely due to music licensing issues.
