How to build the outpost in Arc Raiders

The outpost is a new feature added alongside Arc Raiders' "Frozen Trail" update, and players must complete a few tasks before establishing their home on the planet's surface and leaving Speranza. It works similarly to a project but appears under a dedicated outpost tab at the top of the screen when not in a raid.
