Siren, the first esper boss in Final Fantasy: Resonance, casts Allure at around half health to Charm the entire party, causing characters to attack one another. Monk's Prayer Beads nullify Charm and can be bought from the armor merchant in Granport Harbor for 1,500 gil each, found in a tower chest, or earned via Chloe's Secrets Unearthed sidequest in Felicitas. Equipping Leah grants Charm immunity, while Esuna or Pray can cure ailments.
