You Can Now Play Halo: Combat Evolved in a Web Browser, With Multiplayer

Developer Mitchell Hynes has got a build of the original Halo: Combat Evolved running in a web browser, built off Bnunu's decompilation project with mouse and keyboard support. It supports up to 128-player multiplayer and works on Windows, Linux, and Android, though there is no matchmaking—players share a room link and servers are peer-to-peer. Within five hours, the project saw almost 20,000 games across 115 countries.
