All medicine locations for 'Apprentice Healer' in Phantom Blade Zero

The "Apprentice Healer" quest in Phantom Blade Zero asks you to gather three medicinal herbs for Yu'er, two of which lie in a hidden valley that requires defeating the main boss The Hunt first. Blood-Stopper Vine is found east of The Axemaster's Holding Cell, Congealeaf on the high path east of the Long Pillar Overlook bell, and Blemish Goldweed northwest of the giant dragon statue at Weeping Creek Long Pillar. Returning all three to Yu'er rewards the Medicine Case accessory.
