ECHO SEQUENCE: A Top-Down Roguelite Shooter Where Every Life You Lose Comes Back to Fight Beside You

Solo developer Tamas Szabadi has unveiled ECHO SEQUENCE, a top-down roguelite shooter for PC in which each level gives you a handful of 60-90 second loops. When a loop ends, that life returns as an Echo, a hologram that repeats every step and shot you took while you play the level again beside it. A free demo is planned for early 2027 on Steam for Windows, with Steam Deck as a target and the full release date not yet set.
