The Witcher 3 Remastered Breaks WAR Project Plague Quest Mod, Update Promised With "Something Extra"

The Witcher 3 Remastered's extensive changes have left the WAR Project mod, which restores an abandoned plague-themed questline, unable to run out of the box. The modders, who have been in contact with CD Projekt Red and Yigsoft to test the remaster, aim to release a phase 1 update within a week of launch with English voice acting, followed roughly two months later by phase 2 featuring four new quests, two remade quests, and two mini quests. The mod will only support the Remastered version going forward, with a full release targeted for sometime in 2027.
