Why GTA VI's latest leaks show signs of being development footage

The latest GTA VI leaks show several signs of coming from a development build, including NPCs not reacting to a fully naked Jason, a tank spawning out of nowhere, missing textures and broken animations, and a HUD without controller button prompts. The footage also shows first-person mode, which Rob Nelson said was not available at the recent previews. These signs do not prove such features will be in the final game on November 19.
