Strange Seed - Chronicle Games - Eat, evolve & adventure through a Spore-like RPG world

Chronicle Games has revealed Strange Seed, an evolution RPG where players start as a weak blob "seed" and add arms, legs and an unnecessarily long neck across a semi-linear adventure. A demo is available on Steam, and evolved parts change gameplay for tasks like crawling through tiny tunnels, pushing boulders, or building defensive or glass-cannon loadouts.
