Sony brings PS5 Pro-like AI upscaling QSSR to base PS5, but only two games support it for now
PS5 Just Got A PS5 Pro-Like AI Upgrade, But Don’t Expect It Everywhere Yet
Brief
Sony unveiled Spectral Super Resolution (QSSR), an AI upscaling feature for the base PS5 developed with AMD to improve image clarity and performance. Only two PS5 games support it for now, Marvel's Wolverine and Ghost of Yotei, both of which get a patch today adding it as a graphics option, and Sony says it will be offered to all PlayStation developers soon. PSSR remains the standard for visuals on PS5 Pro.
