Game recommendations for a 60 year old just getting into gaming

A Reddit user is asking for game recommendations for their recently retired 60-year-old father who just got into PC gaming. The father enjoys motorsports like F1, rally and motorbikes, and has bought a G29 wheel for racing games, but lacks the mouse-and-keyboard dexterity for fast-reflex shooters. Old Call of Duty games and Sniper Elite 2 worked well for him, and the user is seeking more FPS/TPS suggestions for a beginner.
