A Ubisoft Bordeaux developer says he has spent the past few months working on Beyond Good & Evil 2 in a support/consultant role, with Ubisoft's permission to say so. The game was announced in 2008 and in 2022 overtook Duke Nukem Forever as the longest game in development in the Guinness Book of Records, with Ubisoft's latest reassurance coming in January.
