Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ Players Spawn in the Middle of a Road and Get Flattened Before They Can Act

During early access to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4's DMZ extraction mode, players found that one spawn point sits in the middle of a road, where an enemy patrol can run them over right after the infil cutscene. Reddit users grillimperator and Deep-Operation-3552 hit the issue, and there appears to be no spawn protection, so dying also means losing everything brought into the match. Infinity Ward fixed it in a new DMZ patch, whose notes state that some instances of enemy AI running over players while infilling were addressed.
