Help, I have been abducted by a tiny car and cannot escape

In GTA 5, using the "Toy Cars – Make any car tiny" mod to shrink a taxi caused the game to seemingly stop registering the car as having a driver, sending it careening out of control. Pressing F to exit only produced a notification that there are no deer nearby, and the only fix was tapping F7 again to restore the car to normal scale.
