How to get and use fulton drop markers in DMZ in Modern Warfare 4

Fulton drop markers in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4's DMZ mode function as portable exfil points, but they are classified as ultra loot, the rarest tier in the game, making them extremely hard to obtain. Some players have them early thanks to the deluxe edition, which grants them via a survival starter kit.
