Rumour: More Sources Back Ape Escape Revival from Ex-Sonic Mania Devs

More sources have backed the rumour that Evening Star Studio is developing an Ape Escape revival. Journalist Jeff Gerstmann said on his podcast that the reporting is true, and VGC said its own sources confirmed the same. The earlier claim came from Reddit user IcyPenguin28, who cited a couple of credible sources and pointed to the studio's CTO Hunter Bridges being a fan of the series, a job ad for an anime-styled 3D character artist, and CEO Dave Padilla's 2025 move to Tokyo. Gerstmann said he heard about this a while ago and that the game may be very early in development.
