The Witcher 3 Remastered Gets Patched Over Being Too Bright

CD Projekt Red released a patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Play Anywhere version on PC, making various lighting adjustments and fixing an issue where DLSS was unavailable. The studio said it is working on another PC hotfix for a save game issue reported by numerous players. A separate hotfix released on October 1 addressed save and load failures when the Documents folder path contained special characters, quieter voiceover audio after navigating pause menu tabs, and made visual adjustments in Velen including Bloom, vegetation lighting, saturation, and Path Tracing lighting.
