An indie developer has officially announced Force Typhoon, a sci-fi vertical shoot 'em up targeted for release on Steam in Q4 2027 for PC/Windows. The game features full 3D visuals across 9 stages, a player ship with 5 hull points, and 6 equipment banks configured with resource points at the end of each stage. Its bullet patterns are inspired by 80s and 90s classics, with faster bullets but lower density than bullet hell shmups.
