Could Sony's Bungie Build the Next Star Wars Battlefront Game?

A rumor from Quarterman, relayed by Giant Bomb's Jeff Grubb, says Sony studio Bungie may be under consideration to continue the Star Wars Battlefront franchise. Lucasfilm is reportedly seeking a development partner, with EA DICE — maker of the previous two modern Battlefront games — also named as a candidate. The rumor follows Star Wars Battlefront 2's unexpected player surge last summer and months atop the PS4 sales charts.
