Pokémon Emerald Fan Project Team Rocket Evolved Lets You Play as Team Rocket

Team Rocket Evolved is a fan project for Pokémon Emerald that casts players as Team Rocket instead of the hero. Players can steal other trainers' Pokémon, must beat a gym leader before accessing Pokémon Centers, and can call for backup from the organization. Creator EricTurner3 said the ROM hack is being made without AI, and the finished game is expected to include every generation of Pokémon plus Mega Evolutions and Dynamax.
