5 Games Stuck in Development for More Than 10 Years

Some games get stuck in what the industry calls "development hell," and while titles like Duke Nukem Forever, Metroid Dread, and Skull & Bones eventually shipped, others were canceled when studio heads or publishers decided the investment was no longer worth it. Five games remain in development for more than 10 years without a release, though some are finally near the horizon.
