Iron Dice: Build a Kingdom Through Industry, Diplomacy and War

Solo developer Colin Teberg has unveiled Iron Dice, a medieval grand strategy game about developing provincial industries, linking production chains, organizing trade and researching technology while negotiating or warring with rival kingdoms. It runs in real time with pause, and battles let you follow troop numbers, losses, discipline and reserves. A free Steam demo includes the full tutorial and a complete Anvil campaign with 19 playable kingdoms, 201 provinces and 100 in-game years, ahead of a full release targeted for March 2027 on Windows, macOS and Linux.
