New Uncharted game reportedly in the works at Naughty Dog, and it's not a remake

Naughty Dog is reportedly in early development on a new Uncharted game, according to a report from MP1st, which says series protagonist Nathan Drake is returning in some form but may not be the lead. The project is said to be a fresh entry rather than a remake, and insider NateTheHate corroborated that studio veteran Shaun Escayag, who directed Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, is directing it. Naughty Dog will reportedly shift to the game after shipping Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, so it likely won't surface for quite some time.
