Cloud9 allows v1c to explore options

Cloud9 has allowed Victor "v1c" Truong to explore his options for the 2027 season, shortly after the org was not selected as a partnered org by Riot. His deal with C9 runs through the 2026 season, so he remains with the team until free agency opens on November 2. v1c said he is looking to play the Controller role for a new team, and head coach Veer and rookie Jackk were also allowed to explore options earlier this week.
