Castle Away Steam Next Fest Demo Update Adds Asynchronous Multiplayer and Relics

Renegade Games' Castle Away received a major demo update during Steam Next Fest, adding asynchronous multiplayer, a Relics system, character appearance customization, and battle speed controls, all now live. Asynchronous multiplayer lets players encounter castles built by other players, while Relics grant one item at the start of each run and shape that run's castle-building approach. The full release is planned for Q1 2027.
