Upcoming Blade Runner 2099 Board Game Will Feature a Different Story Than the TV Series

Lucky Duck Games revealed its Blade Runner 2099 board game at Spiel Essen in Germany, with a Kickstarter campaign planned for next year. The narrative-driven detective co-op game is played alongside a digital app, and in this story humans are the ones being persecuted. Aside from the name, the board game features a separate story from the Amazon Prime series, and there is no word on whether characters may appear.
