SNL Skit Pits GTA 6's Jason Against The Legend of Zelda's Link
SNL Weighs in on GTA 6 vs. The Legend of Zelda With Skit Featuring Jason and Link
Brief
Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update aired a six-minute skit featuring live-action versions of GTA 6's Jason and The Legend of Zelda's Link, played by Marcello Hernández and Mikey Day, arguing over whose game is better. Many gaming fans criticized the jokes as stale, particularly the recurring "gamers don't have sex" gag. The skit comes as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake launches for Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5 and GTA 6 follows on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 19.
