Xbox disc-to-digital program is officially live for everyone

The Xbox disc-to-digital program is now officially available to all Xbox One and Xbox Series X users after an initial rollout to Xbox Insiders. Inserting a supported disc while signed in grants a digital license, and an Xbox One console can be used to claim Xbox Series X games. Square Enix and Ubisoft do not appear to support the program yet, and lending the disc to a friend transfers the digital license to them.
