US patent 20260183672A1, titled Generative Narrative Game Experience With Player Feedback, covers prompting AI with text, images and audio to create NPCs, dialogue, items, objectives and sidequests, then analysing player actions and reactions to generate new content. The document describes how the tech would work if built, not a technology Microsoft has already made.
