How to unlock transmog in The Witcher 3 Remastered

The Witcher 3 Remastered lets you transmog armor and swords, but only at two master smiths: Yoana at Crow's Perch for armor after the Master Armorers quest, and Hattori in Novigrad for swords after Of Swords and Dumplings. Each reskin costs 100-200 coin, and any armor or sword placed in Geralt's inventory unlocks as a skin. The system isn't retrospective for existing saves, and Lazare Lafargue in the Blood and Wine DLC can't transmog armor.
