Gears of War: E-Day Gets First Major Update Since Release, Patch Notes Revealed

The Coalition has released the first major update for Gears of War: E-Day since its full release on October 6th, calling it a "significant" patch that impacts all areas of the game. It focuses on fixes for the campaign, Horde Siege and Versus, plus stability and optimization improvements addressing crashing and performance degradation during long play sessions. Ranked Versus was officially added last night, and placement match issues that put some players in the wrong skill division have been addressed.
