   Stronghold 4 Early Access Delayed to April 20, 2027

   Firefly Studios has delayed the Early Access release of Stronghold 4 from December 7, 2026 to April 20, 2027, with the PC version launching via Steam. Studio head Nick Tannahill said the extra time will be used to address feedback from the Next Fest demo and avoid the busy holiday release schedule. The additional development time also means the game's economic campaign, previously planned as an Early Access update, will now be included at launch.
