Overwatch devs took one look at Jetpack Cat and Bastion's combo and went 'oh, that's a little scary'

Overwatch associate game director Alec Dawson said Team 4 already found the Jetpack Cat and Bastion combo "a little scary" during internal playtesting, with a Jetpack Cat, Bastion, and Mercy trio being "an even scarier helicopter." The combo dominated OWCS from the start, and Jetpack Cat was later nerfed in how quickly she can move while carrying another hero. Dawson said leaving her un-nerfed initially was deliberate so players could experience the crazy moments first.
