Queen's Domain Might Be the Best Way to Play the Classic Fantasy Games It's Based On

Freshly Baked Games' new indie Queen's Domain is directly based on FromSoftware's King's Field series, replicating PS1-era visuals and ominous storytelling. Players control a prince searching an island for his missing father, with gameplay closely mirroring King's Field IV but adding dual-stick controls and basic tutorials. After an hour with it, the author thinks it may be the best way to experience King's Field in 2026.
