The Steam Next Fest demo for Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered, a remake of Pipeworks Software's 2002 game, is enjoyable even without nostalgia. It offers a singleplayer Destruction mode limited to Seattle and a Versus mode playable locally, against CPU or online, with Godzilla, King Ghidorah and Gigan as the three selectable monsters. The remake adds the Showa-era Mechagodzilla, but it is not playable in the demo.
