Arc System Works to establish Arc System Works Tokyo Studio "Takumi"

Arc System Works announced it will establish a new development studio, Arc System Works Tokyo Studio "Takumi", on November 2, 2026, located in Urban Center Shinjuku in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. The studio is meant to bolster the company's overall development capabilities, including a new fighting game selected for METI's IP360 project, which aims to raise overseas sales of Japanese content to 20 trillion yen by 2033. It is positioned as an outbound collaboration hub for global outreach, and the company is ramping up recruitment for founding creators.
