How to find a dynamic op phone in DMZ in Modern Warfare 4

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4's DMZ mode scatters dynamic op phones around the map, and picking one up lets you start a dynamic operation even while in free roam. Collecting one is required to complete the DMZ order "Payment Due" in the second stage of the "Human Intel" chapter, so players need to know what to look for.
