Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Season 2 will carry over the first season's emotional themes but shift the parent-child relationship from the child's point of view to the parent's. Showrunner Bartosz Sztybor said the two seasons are mirrors of each other, still a tale about sacrifices and what you will do for love. The new season follows four characters—King, D, Roman, and Talia—through a story involving illegal technology, warring corporations, and a lingering plot thread from the first season.
