Control-inspired action game Etre revealed, set in a 'planet-scale alien mind'

LA-based Studio Lifeforms has revealed Etre, a narrative-driven action game set on Orbis, described as a "planet-scale alien mind on the brink of awakening," where you play as Xyle searching for his soulmate Atel. Its visuals draw on '70s and '80s graphic novels, while its semi-open exploration and movement-based combat cite Remedy's Control as the primary influence. No release date has been announced, though the game has a Steam page.
