The Abyssal Lapidary demo casts players as a lapidarist who runs a shop, serves customers, buys minerals, and hammers open rocks to find gems. Earning enough renown unlocks a Silver License and the gem faceting table, where rough stones can be cut into single, table, or point cuts for extra value. The grinding window is narrow, so cutting too long or too little costs a lot of value, and time can be fast-forwarded.
