Paradox Interactive has dated Silk and Silver, Crusader Kings 3's second major expansion this year, for November 17, 2026, focusing on merchant republics. Players build a trading company, grow a patrician family and compete to become Doge, shaping the republic's specialisation, constitution and trade routes or leagues. Paradox said the expansion will not add naval warfare, citing balancing work and the new systems already being added.
