    Arrowhead chief creative officer Johan Pilestedt says there are still no plans for Helldivers 3, with 95% of the studio on Helldivers 2 and a small team prototyping the next unannounced game. He argued a sequel resets everything and forces players to start over, and that Helldivers 2 itself would be the biggest competitor to Helldivers 3. The studio currently has around 150 people.
