   Arc Raiders Devs Used a Music Sample 'From a Piano in Chernobyl' Discovered in the Forbidden Zone

   Arc Raiders' soundtrack uses a music sample said to come from a piano in Chernobyl that someone discovered in the Forbidden Zone. Composers Patrik Andrén and Johan Söderqvist were performing musicians before becoming composers, so many of the game's sounds are unique because they build the sound libraries themselves. The pair are also known for abstract use of everyday items, including hooking different kinds of fruits up to a synthesiser, with only about three minutes of a three-hour recording session usually usable.
