- GameSpotWoW: Forever Shamans Are Protesting Class Changes After Being "Completely Ignored"
World of Warcraft: Forever's pre-launch class-balance update removed key Shaman abilities including Elemental's Lava Burst, prompting protests from Shaman players. The WoW Classic Shaman Discord, with around 80,000 members, was made read-only, with the server saying community feedback was completely ignored and class fantasies were being destroyed. The server said it will reopen regardless of the outcome.
