Future? No Thanks! creator admits using generative AI, calls it a "technofascist, anti-human and anti-art project"

Molleindustria's Paulo Pedercini has revealed that a tiny fraction of Future? No Thanks!'s code was written with AI support from ChatGPT and Claude near the end of development, mainly to assess and fix bugs. The game also uses ElevenLab text-to-speech voice-acting for two characters, though Pedercini insists none of its art or writing is AI-generated. He called AI a "technofascist, anti-human and anti-art project" while explaining that he used it because search engines no longer yield meaningful technical results.
