Solo dev zakons has released a free demo for AsterMaster, a roguelite shooter on a hex grid where enemies move and strike strictly on the beat and on-beat shots hit harder. Bosses have destructible hulls that crumble into thousands of glowing shards. The demo is in Steam Next Fest from tomorrow, Oct 19–26, and stays up after; the full game launches November 17, 2026, for $4.99 on Windows with full controller support and Steam Deck compatibility.
