How often to refresh
The reader sends the last ETag. If nothing changed, the response is a small 304 and the feed is not downloaded again. Once every 30 minutes is enough. Faster does not bring new items.
Item links point at the on-site page. The original link is in the summary. An anonymous feed is not a licence for every use. See the terms.
