The Verge: The Elder Scrolls VI may be titled Sentinel, Xbox's Forza architect to leave

The Verge, citing sources familiar with Bethesda's plans, reports that the next Elder Scrolls game will officially be called The Elder Scrolls VI: Sentinel, with an announcement possibly next month around the 15th anniversary of Skyrim. The report also says the game is set in Hammerfell and that Bethesda has been showing gameplay in recent months. The same article says Dan Greenawalt, the architect of Forza Motorsport, is leaving Microsoft after nearly 27 years, per an internal memo from Playground Games studio head Trevor Williams.
