Kingdom Come: Deliverance Boss Hopes GTA 6 Is Big Hit So Studios And Publishers Feel More Confident Charging More

Warhorse Studios co-founder Martin Klima said he hopes GTA 6's $80 standard and $100 deluxe editions will pave the way for the rest of the industry to raise game prices. He argued that development costs are higher than ever while audience growth has stalled, and that Rockstar and Take-Two are the only ones who can afford to make the jump. Klima added that he won't play GTA 6 himself, as he doesn't find the franchise appealing.
